From Cortland/Homer:
-Take Rt 13 toward Dryden/Ithaca
-Just past the Walmart shopping center, there will be 2 roads on your left (right next to each other)
-Take the 2nd road: South Cortland Virgil Rd (-there is a left turn only lane for those two roads)
-My house is a 1 mile and 4/10 up the road. It is the first house after the only road on your right (Sherman Rd)
-White house, green trim, big gray barn across the road, the house number is 2893, and you will see my red Toyota Matrix in the driveway

Saturday - Oct 4, 2008 Community Event

Hey all! If you didn't sign up because you weren't sure if you could go... here's a reminder for our Community project this weekend. If you want to come just call Amanda.

Who: YOU of course! :-)
What: Community Event promoting Cider on the Mountain for the Spencer Family.
When: Saturday, October 4, 2008 @ 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Where: Solon, NY - Meet at GCF at 9:30 a.m.
How: You can walk really far, drive, or you can get a ride. Again, call Amanda. :-)

BAPTISMS!!!!

OK. So I thought this was definitely worth a post on the front page...

Katie Williams, Sim Fluger, and Cait Dyer just got baptized. What's awesome, is that it wasn't even remotely planned. It was actually at a send off party for the group going to China, and someone jokingly said "So, who wants to get baptized?" and then one thing led to another.

God is truly AMAZING!!!

Community Week

Just as a reminder, this weeks meeting will be on community. We are starting at 6:30 (you can show up anytime after 6), and will be having a dinner, followed by fellowship time playing games and such. Bring your appetite!! :-D
